1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or booking any event with My Party Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
 

2. Services

My Party Solutions LLC provides event and party-related services, including but not limited to event setup, rentals, décor, coordination, and related offerings. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
 

3. Bookings, Payments, and Deposits

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment and/or a deposit is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full payment must be completed by the agreed-upon due date prior to the event.

  • Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
     

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Client-initiated cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or payments.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • My Party Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, any refundable amounts will be returned.
     

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details, timelines, and location information

  • Ensure safe access to the event space

  • Obtain necessary permissions, permits, or venue approvals

  • Be responsible for damages caused by guests, children, or pets
     

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

Clients are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment, décor, or rental items caused during the event, excluding normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair costs may be charged.
 

7. Use of Photos and Media

My Party Solutions LLC may photograph or record events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client provides written notice opting out prior to the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Party Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage not caused by gross negligence

  • Delays or service disruptions caused by weather, venue restrictions, or third parties

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, logos, and materials are the property of My Party Solutions LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
 

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
 

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
