Overview

At My Party Solutions LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality event and party services. Because our services often require advance planning, preparation, and resource allocation, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

​

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your event date, time, and resources and compensate for planning and preparation costs.

​

CANCELLATIONS

Please be aware that once the contract is signed and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments for specialty and custom orders are non-refundable. Your initial payment/retainer is non-refundable. A restock fee may also be assessed.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time only, provided sufficient notice is given.

Cancellations by My Party Solutions LLC

In the unlikely event that My Party Solutions LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control, any eligible refundable amounts will be returned. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

​

Weather and Force Majeure

  • Weather-related conditions (including rain, heat, or wind) do not automatically qualify for a refund.

  • Events affected by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may be rescheduled at our discretion.

No-Shows and Early Termination

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • If an event ends early due to client or guest actions, no refunds will be provided.

​

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Processing times may take 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

​

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Minor dissatisfaction that does not prevent service delivery

  • Delays caused by third parties, venues, or guests​

Rental Item–Specific Refund Rules

The following terms apply to rental-only items, including but not limited to décor, furniture, equipment, props, linens, and specialty event items.

Reservation & Payments

  • All rental items are reserved exclusively for the client’s selected event date once booked.

  • All rental payments are non-refundable, including deposits and balances, regardless of cancellation.

​

CANCELLATIONS

  • Additional fees may apply if pricing, availability, or logistics change.

Weather & Outdoor Events

  • Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate protection for rental items during outdoor events.

  • Rental items must be kept away from rain, moisture, extreme heat, wind, or unsafe conditions.

Damage, Loss, or Misuse

  • No refunds will be issued for rental items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or misused.

  • The client assumes full financial responsibility for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.

​

Early Return or Non-Use

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for rental items returned early, unused, or partially used.

​

Setup, Delivery & Labor Fees

  • Delivery, setup, breakdown, and labor fees are non-refundable once scheduled or performed.

​

Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions), no refunds will be issued.

  • At our discretion, a credit toward a future event may be offered in place of a refund.
